I’ve been looking for a way to automate speed lines drawing, i haven’t been able to find a pluggin that does so and the brushes out there don’t really work for me so i made these 4,
The way they work for a bg is by drawing them using the line tool then stretching them with the transform tool,
switch to perspective mode to give it a 3D feel (i used 2lines here that i stretched separately then used the perspective mode on both to give them a single vanishing point)
You can stretch them to fit your panel or use the warp tool to create an impact effect.
You can also use the Ellipse tool for a zoom in fx
or even over lap them for a gradient effect or by using the gradient tool on the lower layer
apply a screen tone to the fx layer for a more organic result, create thought bubbles and more, sky is the limit, happy drawing
