Measure any angle with Measure Tool?

For now the measure tool can only measure the angle between a line and the horizontal. To measure arbitrary angles we need to measure twice and do the math. How about a measure tool that can measure any angle?

I’d suggest click-hold-drag to get the first line (with standard measurement output in the Tool Options). Then keeping the click-hold, press a modifier key such as Ctrl which will register the vertex, then drag to the end of the second line and the Tool Options shows the angle between them (and maybe the length of the second line).
