This is Isabella the Pomsky, who works at a coffee shop!
With some advice I’ve been given from friendly users, I provided lore on the character and a color palette with fancy names that I used for the character’s body! (does not include clothing coloring)
Never heard of a desert manager before, but come to think of it they must exist.
Who else would make sure it’s nice and dry? Who else would replace old worn out sand in the dunes? Who else would place skeletons of dead animals in the most decorative spots?
The “attract attention” caught my eye. Wanting attention and appreciation for what you do is a natural thing. But don’t do a Bob Ross painting just to get attention, it will likely not work. Tons of people are doing Bob Ross style paintings, you’ll be one in the crowd.
You should totally do a BR painting, just to learn from the experience. Do many!
If you really want to attract attention to your art, tell stories with it. I said it a few days ago, but I think I can say it this one time again without being a bore. I hope.
Isabella is your 31:st character and you have only used six of them in stories so far. I’d like to suggest another way to introduce her:
(note: this is just an example of what it could look like)
Imo the character comes to life when it is used in a story rather than just a portrait with some stats. And you pique people’s curiosity about what’s going to happen next, how will she resolve the situation.
I can cut away the blue commentary, but I’m not sure about filling in the speech bubbles. I’m not really a fan of editing other people’s work. It just feels odd.
