It may be that whoever made it did not maintain their private Google Drive contents.
There’s a good chance that some member of this forum has it and may be able to make it available to you.
I wonder if @Michelist has it?

@Pyteo does not offer the full “Concept Art & Illustration brush pack.bundle” initially offered via the Krita Manual, only the later bundles are “the real deal” but the “Concept___Illustration_LITE.bundle” is only a fraction of what it was.
If you want the FULL BUNDLE with more than two times of the presets and 26 times the brush-tips that the “Concept___Illustration_LITE.bundle” offers, you have to rely on my cloud (it is the same link I already offered in the Concept Art & Illustration Bundle topic):
In that package you will find two bundles from the post @AhabGreybeard linked to and the full “C & I” bundle from 18th June 2016 made with Krita 3 and re-packed by “Lupo Marcio” for @Pyteo.
