Wow! Thanks everyone! I hope you all had as much fun with the tropical theme as I did.
There were so many awesome submissions this month! Thank you all for making December bright, cheery, drinky, froggy, hipsy, boaty, schooly, and even a bit purple!
I’m ready to go with a new topic idea and I’ll get it to Sooz soon.
Anyone have any ideas around what the optional challenge could be? I don’t consider myself to be a Krita expert and while I have some ideas like “Using the perspective tool” or “Go beyond just the ‘normal’ layer mode” I’m open to suggestions y’all think would good challenges! Sound off below and I’ll pick something to send over around dinner time tomorrow.

Thanks @Elixiah ! Of my stuff, it was my favorite too (2nd was the beach umbrellas and the surfer was 3rd). I shifted the rays around a bit lower and use it as the lock screen on my phone… much to Ginger’s dismay.

Amazing work! The frog looks stunning, the background is so realistic it could be mistaken for a photo once the painting is finished!! Love the timelapse
