I drew some babies as practice : )
I’m curious, do you think I managed to capture what babies look like or is there something I need to add or modify?

I have a vague feeling that their faces look too ‘mature’ for a baby. It’s difficult to explain so more opinions would be needed.
As a separate thing, I think it would be a good idea to rename your topic as
“mossy’s Sketches 2023” in case there are other future topics called ‘my sketches 2023’, ‘some sketches 2023’ etc.

I did try to edit the topic’s name, but I couldn’t change it. It wouldn’t let me. I’m still at trust level 1, sadly. I guess I have to socialize more here. lol

Nice little studies, I like them.
I think, AhabGreybeard is right. I couldn’t put my finger exactly on what is wrong, but I have the feeling it’s because of the proportions. It could be that
… the head is still too small
… the sides of the faces are too straight (babies do have very chubby cheeks)
… the proportions within the face are a bit offset …
