I’ve seen people say its the amount of ram or space, but I have enough. I’ve been using krita for a while now, and this started just last night. I’m on windows and I just updated it to the newest version and it still crashes.
Hello and welcome to the forum @cherry_sea!
Oops, that sounds very dramatic and is certainly not a nice situation for you, but in your distress you forgot to give us any meaningful information.
Could you please tell us what operating system you are using and what version of Krita you are using.
Has your Krita ever worked at all, or did you just install it and it won’t work. Does it crash right when you start the program, or does it crash while you are using it, and if it crashes while you are using it, does it possibly always happen at a certain action or does it crash at any point independent of an action?
So, that was a few questions to start with. Oh yeah, now that you mentioned it, how much memory do you have in your computer?

I’m sorry for wasting your time, it turns out I had krita 4.4.2 and they fixed this bug in 4.4.3.
I have no problem with that, that’s fine, you didn’t know how to help yourself and asked for support.
But if I were you, I would download the latest version 4.4.5 right away HERE.

Could you make a new topic with your problem. And repost everything you post here on this new post.
It isn’t good to divide the efforts of people willing to help between the problem of the Original Poster (OP) and yours. Also it will get confusing if people are asking OP or you for information, or to whom they are giving advice.
Mostly important: This topic was marked as resolved. So people will mostly not click on it to help.
Cheers
