What is your goal?
Random fun,
Learn how to draw using Krita?
Learn how to draw real faces,
Learn how to draw caricature faces
Learn how to draw emotions
etc.
Answering the question might help you, or help others to point you in the next direction.

I would like to learn how to draw real faces w/ feal emotions.

Why don’t you follow these instructions at the beginning, or does it have to be an instruction for Krita in particular? Normally you should be able to adapt to these instructions, because in the beginning it’s mainly about getting the contours and expression right. When it comes to shading, you need to adapt more/better/deeper (I don’t know how to describe it), and I have to admit that I don’t paint figuratively because I’m bad at it and decided I wanted to have fun, so I focused on painting landscapes instead.

But these guides are just a few suggestions, they may or may not be right for you, so if they don’t suit you, please look for other guides, guides that appeal to you, that are fun, because that’s what I think is important, to have fun with what you want to learn. You generally learn better when you enjoy learning!

I hope and think you will get other opinions too, so this is only how I would start to learn something like faces, it must not be your way.

@Michelist has really given you the best start and the above quote is important. Studying photos can be a valuable tool. I even find myself noticing new details when I am talking to people. One thing I would like to add is that learning is an ongoing process and nobody will ever be perfect so aim to enjoy your improvements and feel good about yourself wherever you are in your learning.

To me this would be like working towards a super-master-godlike painter. I’m better at simple things. Having fun is the best aspect of having fun

Oh, just in case you ask what I mean: Nur mal zeigen …

Proko - How to Draw the Head from Any Angle
Then get some pictures of heads and draw the ball lines and divisions on top. Do about 10 heads. Then try drawing the ball with out the pictures. dont draw the eyes nose ears or mouth. Post your work (just the sketches) when you are ready and we’ll see if you’re ready for the next step.

I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to start by “just” transfering 2D to 2D. The first difficulty is to translate a 3D object to an 2D representation. I think the first step should be drawing and shading very simple objects like cubes, pyramides, cylinders or balls - and then to realize how most things usually are compositions of more or less “deformed” standards.

Yes sure. I recommend this site.

It is very important.that you do the assignments and put in the time.
