I was wondering if there is a point if it’s already merged into Krita 5.0, but from your words it sounds as if there is

Not sure to understand, but plugin is not merged to Krita 5.0

I think it’s possible, but no time to investigate before next week.

And bug fix might be available to let plugin working with Krita 4.2.9, 4.3.x, 5.0.0

So I need to implement different code according to current version of Krita that execute the plugin -and test it on different Krita version- that will take more time.

Another thing is, I currently don’t know exactly why Krita 5.0.0 manage layers like Krita 4.2.9 instead of Krita 4.3.0, but if it’s a regression I don’t really want to made code to fix something that might be fixed in final Krita 5.0.0
Didn’t tested yet with Krita 4.3.1
