(not urgent) config menu out of order

Fedora 44 KDE Plasma 6.6.4

Does someone know how to put it back to the og order? I’ve tried fully resetting installation, but didn’t work
Not a big deal really, just slightly icky due muscle memory
also, as you can see, somehow, some tabs(?) are in English, even thought my Krita is in Portuguese (BR)

That can happen when plugins add menus to the menu bar or even sort it new. And in between there seem to more than one of these plugins, so far I only hoped they don’t clash completely.
