Not working tablet pressure, I have done everything that few people told me and it's still not working

My tablet is Huion H640P. Few months ago tablet pressure was working without any problem, and for some time it stopped working. I don’t know what happend and it’s not my tablet’s fault because in other apps everything is fine.
I have done literally everything:

  • Windows ink is on (in Krita and in tablet’s app)
  • I have “Use pen pressure” in Krita on
  • Restarted everything
  • Checked 3 times if I’m not missing something
  • Reinstalled app and again turn on things I writed above

And it’s still not working. Help, someone, please.

Have you installed all the latest drivers for it?
In fact I had the same problem just now and solved it but installing the latest driver for my tablet (XP-Pen Deco 01 V2)

Search for Huion H640P drivers
I searched it up

and here.

It shows that the drivers were recently updated yesterday. So that’s where the problem is coming from.

If the problem persist them you may tell me

ok I’ll install it and we will see, thank you

Before you install the latest driver, disconnect the tablet, uninstall the old driver and do a full power down restart of your PC.
Then install the new driver in accordance with the instructions in the manual.
Some require you to install the driver when the tablet is connected and some say you should install it with the tablet not connected.
Then do another full power down restart before you try to use and setup the tablet.

okay, problem happened again ;-;

Something has changed but it’s not krita.
I’d suspect a Windows update or a change in the tablet setup utility.

A Windows update breakage would need you to go through the entire driver uninstall and reinstall process as mentioned before.

If the Huion utility has the ability to make separate profiles for different applications than you should make a profile for krita.
This will be explained in the manual or you can probably see it in one of the utility tabs.
I’d try that first.

Also, when it’s working, try using Wintab instead of Windows Ink.
Set to Wintab at the krita side and then turn off Windows Ink in the Huion utility.
Do a restart of both just to make sure any changes are finalised.

You can check what is being sent from the tablet in
Settings → Configure Krita → Tablet Settings → Open Tablet Tester

I was testing Wintab and Windows ink long lime ago and nothing changed
also “tablet tester” works like it wants to work but it can’t.
I’ll just try with this Windows update (if internet would somehow work) and we’ll see

ok I checked anddd I don’t need to update Windows, everything was downloaded some time ago

Just to confirm… when you changed Wintab/Windows Ink settings a long time ago, did you close and then restart Krita each time you made a change before determining if it helped?

Further to @sooz’s question, when you make any changes in the Huion setup utility, you should press its Apply/OK button then close it before trying krita.

That doesn’t mean that nothing will change this time.

I didn’t suggest that you needed to update Windows.
I said that if you’d had a Windows update then that may have been the cause of the problem.
But if you haven’t had one for a while then it won’t be a Windows update breakage.

What does that mean?
What do you get on the right side event record when you draw on the grid area?

Have you tried that yet?
