Is there a way to have the canvas on the right side and dockers on the left side like sai 2. Or is there a downloadable sai 2 workspace for krita?
You can just simply drag the dockers to the left side and rearrange according to your liking. Just like mine.

Whatever docker arrangement and layout you have, you can save it as a named workspace and can have many different workspaces for different purposes.
The Choose Workspace icon is at the far right of the Toolbar:
Hey there, I was wondering how you managed to set up your Dockers like that? I’ve been fumbling through my settings to figure it out, but it’s just not been working out so far.
But that’s not how that’s working for me, it’s vertically compiling all of my dockers. And whenever I try to make two columns, the software just tries to put it into the overhead docker.
It can take a little getting used to. Just don’t release it until the desired spot is highlighted.
Ohhhh, I see now! I didn’t realize you can extend it outward by putting it towards the side.

Yep, slowly move a docker over other dockers or to any of Krita’s edges, and you’ll see where you can drop a docker or toolbar to. Sometimes it is a little fiddling, sometimes you have to build it up in a particular order/sequence, but that is a seldom case.
