I got a copy of Rebelle when it was on a huge sale but I don’t really use it. Today I loaded up to see if there’s any palette I can take to use in Krita and came across this set. You can download the file here: Proton Drive
Or take the hex code from the image. I did a very quick test. Didn’t bother with black / white (last two). Each test used only one color from the palette.

I’ll be throwing in more palettes into that folder as the month goes by. I’m always on a lookout for interesting palettes and color schemes, and manually convert them to Krita. As of this writing, I’m currently going through SensualLogic (dot) com: Artist color data - SensualLogic

Questions like this belong in a different category and because it is a question regarding your own issue you usually should create a new topic for your questions, because in most cases it is not a good idea to “hi-jack” another users’ topic.
To answer your question shortly, in Krita open ‘‘Settings’’ >> ‘‘Manage Resources…’’ and there chose ‘‘Import Resources’’ and select your palettes and confirm that dialog.
