Yes, that’s quite rare, maybe it’s a bug, because even though my pc is old all the brushes except that one work very well.
@Odzuki your presets are amazing! I really enjoy working with them just trying out their possibilities, these brushes are an enrichment! 
And your explanations of the individual brushes are also a great thing.
