I don’t know if this was discussed before, but the idea is great.

I do often add as much description as I can discover about a brush set into the description-part of a bundle, because I do like to have such info at hand if possible.

It’s a good idea, but I have to say it’s the visual aids that really show what the brushes are about here.
I will increase pigmento s background colour swap width so it is easier to hit.
Hi, first of all Thanks for all your work… Good job!
If you want a bit of feedback: Some of them are really expressive, others you need this thread to get the best of them with the examples.
I like a lot how rough and dusty are some of them because it fits with my style for textured things. I missed some blenders with the same style. Performance is good overal and the result
imo is not for beginners because they can be distracted by the good effects but for more advanced users they will feel a bit photoshop style. I will explain this with some images later.
In Win 10 they work fine but in Kubuntu i can’t make them even appear in the brush docker when i import the bundle.
i have tried several times install this bundle in Krita 5.0 Krita 5.0.2 and Krita 4.3 in Kubuntu 20.04 and the brushes doesn’t load. Do i have to activate something about chinese, or i miss someting in the entire thread? What is the latest link? Thanks
3.2 Links to the latest link, about importing Chinese brush failed, I remember to be Krita’s bug?Already given feedback? ![]()
Hi @RamonM , I think this is a bug
我把这个话题移动到笔刷和捆绑包,这能方便别人找到它。
I’ve moved this topic to Brushes and Bundles, which makes it easier for others to find it.
It must be a path issue. Linux does not handle paths all to well.
i like using this tip with the impression wet blend brush

Thanks For Sharing This
SO many many thanks! Regards
Very useful brushes! The import now also works under Linux with the latest Krita version (buntu 22.04)
@Odzuki I’d recommend putting the link to the latest version of the bundle (3.2) in the first post, so that people don’t mistakenly download the older version while perusing resources. Seems like the 3.0.7 link has a lot more clicks.
How do you transfer the photoshop brush settings to krita. I’ve been trying to transfer wlop and samdoesart brushes to use in krita but I can’t.
There is no “real” transfer. Usually you start by importing the brush tips into Krita, because that’s all Krita can currently do with ABR’s, and then you have to match each brush tip to the appropriate brush engine by trial and error, and gradually “recreate” the properties of the underlying Photoshop brush by varying Krita’s settings. It’s usually a lengthy process with no universal recipe, due to the many different brush types.
