I spent about 5 hours drawing her,
I had a lot of fun painting,
I want to improve her,
Although her card Ahn’Qiraj is pretty good
But after I finished drawing, I zoomed out and found that she was not perfect from a distance.
I can’t tell you anything else…
Please give me your opinions and don’t be overly critical (I’m more introverted…)
(My native language is not English, I’m using a translator, it may look a little strange)
I’ve added the ‘critique-wanted’ tag to your topic title.
Thanks, I think I won’t forget the tags and topics next time ψ(`∇´)ψ
Anyone? ? ?
I think you need to use a limited palette and to make more concrete shapes but other than that, great job! I really like it!
Thank you, I have been using computers to draw pictures for a long time, and it has never been ideal until I tried pixel drawing. Maybe it was because I played minecrafr for a long time. I found that I was very good at drawing pixel drawings, and I felt very happy.
This time I posted it to the community and no one commented. I was a little afraid that I had done something wrong. It seems that I didn’t. Thank you again for your evaluation of my paintingヾ(≧▽≦*)o
Thank you for revising my topic again, I am getting familiar with this website ( •̀ ω •́ )✧
In my opinion, i think you used to many colours. It feels a little like the resolution is higher than it should. And there also a lot of small details that feels unnecessary, like the lines of the clothes and the wings, but i think it’s feels a little extra only because the pixel art is “high” resolution. Sometimes less is more.
If you want to try more limited pixel art palettes colours, lospec is a good website to get some for free.
You can also try to draw in a 64x64 or 32x32 resolution for practice.
For the rest, the picture looks interesting overall, great job!
Exactly as @Rainbewy says, while there are some skilled artists that work with high resolutions in pixel paintings there is nothing wrong to start little, Lospec is the best site to get palettes indeed and as Yamamura says in Super Mario Maker 2: a Level Designer (in this case a Pixel Artist) must use a limited set of objects to achieve a powerful effect.
P.S: I like angels too, and I think your design is very original!
