so, im trying to draw like 2 mounths and i cant cuz my krita is opening pop up even if i already desableted it. i tryed to uninstall and install again but still the same. If someone can help me it will be a greatfull help. Thank you.

Hi, are you referring to the Pop-up Palette? ( Pop-up Palette — Krita Manual 5.3.0 documentation ).
I was having the same issue when drawing with the tablet, but I sorted it out by changing the setting for one of the pen buttons so that it no longer acted as a ‘right-click’, which is the keyboard shortcut that brings up the Pop-up Palette.
You could make an artists glove for yourself:
You could stop after step 2 and then hem around (step 4) where you cut it so that the fabric doesn’t come undone.
That way it won’t trigger the popup palette if you don’t want it to.
Which pop-up is opening? What operating system are you using? If it is the pop-up pallete or the context menu your operating system (like windows) might be configured to register long presses as right-click. You have to disable this in the operating system.
