Are there any settings for the color selector used in the pop-up palette? Specifically I’m wondering if I can stop the color triangle from rotating as the hue is selected, so it would behave like the triangle in the Advanced color selector does. It confuses my brain when the light, dark, saturation corners of the triangle change position
Also, can I get a comparison of the current color vs. the color I’m selecting, again like the Advanced selector provides? This is useful for quick saturation/hue changes while maintaining apparent value.
Yep, I even created a topic with question of the reason of rotating triangle (that has a place not only in Krita), here and through the web still didn’t find an answer.
You can modify the kritarc, add at the beggining:
popuppalette/usevisualcolorselector=true
There is the topic about developing a pop-up palette, still I don’t know how it is going since last post was in august.
The only thing is, the visual color selector’s hue ring is a bit odd, since it changes according to the value chosen on the color rectangle. You wouldn’t happen to know a workaround for this, by any chance?
