Pressure and buttons problem

Type of device : Graphics Tablet
Brand and version of the device: Xp Pen Deco Fun L
System : Windows 10 Pro

I noticed that my pressure sensitivity doesn’t work in Krita as it’s supposed to. I haven’t been using Krita for three days up until yesterday. The problem wasn’t there before. I just left it alone because I thought that it was the windows update I did two days ago that caused the pen to do this. Also, my pen’s buttons don’t seem to work unless I open the Xp Pen software and click Save. My custom settings are Scroll Up=Zoom in, Scroll Down=Zoom out.

Is there any way to solve these issues?

The windows update probably is the culprit. It often is. Try to reinstall the xp-pen driver, or check whether there’s a newer version on the xp-pen website.

I also occasionally lose pen pressure. I just restart the pen-tablet program. I also use XP-Pen tablet and pen with Krita. It is probably from a Windows update like someone already said.

xp-pen drivers are not the best…
but I like my xp-pen tablet, works like a charm under Linux WITHOUT xp-pen driver
(but Ok, need some not-beginner-tweak to let it work properly under linux)
