Hello! Lately I have had some small problems with Krita, among them, sometimes when I want to use a brush downloaded from a bundle, when I try to use it, the brush appears as a pixelated line and not as it is supposed to work.
Any idea why this happens?
What version are you on & where did you get it? Is there anything in the Krita log?
It is the latest version, 5.3.1, and every bundle I have I got here on this same page :-0
Hello @TropicalCherrySoda, and welcome to the forum!
- We need the names of the bundles.
- We need the name of your OS.
- You import bundles, you don’t “download” brushes from a bundle to Krita.

Sorry, my bad! Thank you for the correction!
First of all, I should have clarified a bit. It’s not specific to any one brush. Sometimes it happens randomly. It goes away when I close the program and reopen it—it’s nothing serious, but it’s a bit annoying.
It’s been happening specifically with Radiel’s “Cherry Blossom Brushes,” and I don’t understand why.
And my OS is Microsoft Windows
It is a strange seldom behavior, but fixable. With the probably two brushes from this bundle that show this error you need to open the brush editor via the shortcut F5 go on the top most option “Brush Tip” and then make the brush tip 1 pixel larger. Then choose the button “Overwrite Brush Preset” in the upper right and in the next dialog click on save. That’s it.

Could you share a screenshot of how it looks when it goes wrong compared to how it is supposed to look?
It actually worked oml!! Thank you so much Michelist!! :-DD
The problem has been already solved, but it looked like this. The brush its supposed to be like the flower stamp, but instead it was a thin pixelated line like I show in the screenshot
If you think your problem is solved, would you be so kind to mark this topic as solved as a marker for helpers and help seekers, please? Helpers can see then their expertise is no longer needed for this topic, and help seekers see they may find a solution here.
Thank you!
