Really don’t know what else to say. Sometimes Ctrl+Z is not registered by the app.

Krita does warn on “Some layers took to much time to calculate their thumbnails. They were switched into low-quality thumbnails mode. Try purging unused image data with. “ If done it fixes the issues (i hope but not shure). Never experienced something like that before the update.
