Is there’re a way to recover deleted art work???
Hello and welcome to the forum 
When you say “deleted artwork”, do you mean that you deleted a .kra file or do you mean that you erased or painted over something in krita and would like to get it back?
If you deleted a .kra file then it should be in your Recycle Bin (Trash?) and you can restore it from in there.
It wasn’t saved and I deleted it from the program
Then I’d think you have a low chance of getting anything back.
If you’d previously done work on it over more than one session, there should be a backup file called whatever.kra~ in the folder it used to be in.
This backup file with the ~ at the end will only be seen if you have your file explorer set to show ‘hidden’ files. It would contain the previous state of your file before you last started doing work on it.
