I was looking online for the unique style of adobe flashes old vector brush in krita but, none of them worked. I tried to recreate it myself but I don’t have the brainpower. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to try and create one that acts similarly to the vector change after finishing a stroke.
I realize that a CS6 brush might actually be the one I’m trying to go for.
Can you supply a visual? Those names are completely foreign to me.
Here is one of them. Or a video
It is sort of like the free hand path tool but with size controlled by pressure
After the bad (or good) line is drawn it will autocorrect and become thinner and smoother.
Of course krita doesn’t usually have this sort of post-processing if anyone can find it great if not compromises are necessary.
Try Basic-5 Size
Krita can’t do this and probably wont for the foreseeable future.
Why do you want to invert it? you can not really have a pen go from thick to thin with increased pressure without having the blotches at the end because when you lift your pen (or put it on the tablet) it will always have the lowest pressure at that point (meaning it’s the thickest), naturally. Just like a real pen would.
You could try the pressure-in sensor instead which will only account for the inward change of pressure but then you will have other issues.
I will try that. Personally since I’m fairly new I have only drawn stick figures and I figured that the taper would make it look better.
Sure, it would, but it’s simply pretty hard (physically) to have a brush that gets thinner with more pressure. You can introduce a cut-off (wich you already tried) but there will always be minimal size the brush will revert to when the curve is like this. Basically the Pen can’t know if you press less hard to draw thicker or or stop the stroke.
Using this in another post I think I can create something really close to the adobe flash brush.
Can i get the brush with the icon that says FL
Cant wait to draw like fnf
Still sketchy tho
What should the input pressure global curve be than I use it and it feels weird
