Hey.
I have encountered a strange bug that removes all reference images from the canvas after layers are merged. I had 2 vector layers above a paint layer. I flattened the 2nd vector layer. Now if i merge the vector layers and then into the paint layer it gives me the same result as if i flatten the layers first and then merge them down, one at a time but not if i merge them all together. If i choose to merge just the paint layers and not the vector layer, then the reference images still disappear upon merging.
