Remove color picker from Ctrl key

According to the Krita manual: “When a painting or drawing tool is selected the Color Picker tool can also be quickly accessed by pressing the Ctrl key.”
This behaviour is driving me crazy! I frequently want to use Undo or some other command with a Ctrl prefix, and suddenly my color will unexpectedly change! Is there any way to defeat this? I can’t seem to find this mapping in the Configure Krita / Keyboard Shortcuts menu.

To change the color picker shortcut:
Settings > Configure Krita > Canvas Input Settings > Alternate Invocation > (Remove the ctrl + left click shortcut with a right mouse button)

This seems to have no effect. Note that no mouse is involved; the Color Selector is accessed simply by pressing the Ctrl key.

Do you mean that your color changes even if you’re not touching a tablet with your stylus - just by pressing control? If so, that is not intended behavior.
In my case, removing the shortcut for “Pick foreground color…” still makes the icon appear for some reason, but no color can be picked.

Ok, I think you’ve fixed it! Before I changed the Input from “Ctrl + Left Button” to “None”, and didn’t get the hoped for behaviour. This time I changed the Action to Primary Mode instead of Pick Foreground Color…, and that seems to work! Thank you so much!
