Render

Guys, I have a question, when I try to render a selected animation in the middle of my timeline, Krita sends me an error, and if I have “ffmpeg” but it works when I render the entire timeline.
I wanted to know if it’s a krita mistake or mine

Can you explain in more detail what you mean by that?

What is the error message and how does it appear?

Screenshots are useful in situations like this.

Edit:Add: Also, which version of krita and which operating system are you using?

Edit-Again:Add-Again: This bug has been reported:
459993 – Frames being named incorrectly and program being unable to found specified frames to being encoded

when i try to render a selected animation in the middle of my timeline,

Krita sends me an error,

but when i render the whole timeline, from start to finish, it works

operating system: windows 10
4ram
64bit
krita-5.1.5
ffmpeg

Yes. There seems to be a problem with frame counter/pointer numbering and the parameters passed to ffmpeg.

All I can suggest is that you use a video editor to do cut/splice etc operations to get a final result.

oh I understand, thanks for the information friend
