I’m really struggling with this error and tried multiple solutions, from disabling my ransomware protection to reinstalling Krita, trying to change the ffmpeg folder as well but nothing works. This is my first time trying to export an animation, it’s a really small one with a single visible layer and no other special effects, my computer is way more than capable of running it and i also tried maxing out all memory usages, to run my “baby’s first steps” attempt.
Any help, solution or advises?
Hi @Smash
Could you post a screenshot of the settings you use to render the animation? We would like to see the location of the file, location of FFmpeg and all the other settings.
Also, which version # of Krita are you using? As of 5.2.2 FFmpeg is built in and you should point to the built-in version so we do need the exact version # from your installation.
