Yup but the original brush is quite transparent, that’s one of its quirks, it can be used for both sketching and lineart.
This is just information as to why the brush is transparent, as I remember that when I tried this brush for the first time in CSP I didn’t understand very well how to use it, then I understood its use better over time.

I made adjustments again
the start was making dots so i made its size different over distance and time. and tried to make it a bit more transparent. but you can always lower the opacity or go back and erase with a soft brush.
If I were to take off pressure and use fade instead would this work? I have no pressure sensitivity that’s why I ask.
I know this is old but I wanted to thank for the brushes as I had gotten a Wacom One and it came with a free trial of CSP and I loved the brushes but when I went to save it wouldn’t let me. I went back to Krita and was sad about my brushes. Thank you!

i’ve never used csp and am not entirely sure how to use this pen correctly, do anyone have any tips for using this brush?

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but it says that this file is unsupported for me (maybe it’s because the type of drawing tablet I’m using? Which is an XP Pen Magic Drawing Tablet, an android). I’m not really sure how to download it I’m so sorry.

If I had to bet, you tried importing the resources offered in this topic via File > Open, perhaps even trying to import them this way directly from a web address.
If you want to import resources into Krita then there are two “official” ways to import the different resource types. You import bundled resources, so files with the file name extension bundle, ABR, ASL, like described in this template:
A bundle is imported into Krita via the menu ‘‘Settings’’ >> ‘‘Manage Resource Libraries…’’ and in the opening dialog you have to click the button + Import in the next dialog browse to the downloaded bundle, select it and confirm the selection. Now Krita imports that bundle, and you can use its content, so the brushes in case of this bundle.
Single brushes, or an unbundle bunch of them are imported like this template describes:
For loose, not bundled resources like a single
brush tip, abrush preset, apattern, it works as follows:
You import loose resources via the menuSettings>Manage Resources...where you then have to click on the buttonImport Resourcesand then browse to the downloaded resources to select and then import them into Krita with a click on the OK-Button.
This template describes how to handle archived/zipped resources, that is sometimes needed to be able to import them:
For both types of resources the following is true:
You have to download them first to your device, no matter if it is a tablet or a PC, Mac, whatever, and save them in a folder where you can access them later. If the resource is shipped in aZIP,7ZIP,7Z,RAR, or whatever else archive file container, you must unpack (often referred to as “unzipping”) them first from the archive before you can import them into Krita with one of the above described methods.

not the person you asked, but i downloaded the one offed by one of the commenters and it looks like nothing they show, maybe brush engine changes over the versions have modify old brushes presets, this is not the first time this happens to me with other brushes i download from other people, they look like nothing they show
Did you check the brush tip in the brush editor? I’ve had problems in the past where the tip hadn’t been loaded in my system and I had to change it.
yep, same tip, it has weird behavior with the speed, i change to windows ink brush speed in pen settings on krita settings instead of default and it fixed it a bit but its still all mess up
