Please take care of the forums you choose for the pictures you post, offensive language, or not enough clothing should be handled with care in regard to our forum rules:
Sexual depictions of minors, real or fictional and Loli/shotacon, cub porn is not allowed. Fan-art of characters which are perceived or are under the age of 18 will be considered illegal and deleted even if they are depicted as adults. This forum does not in any way tolerate child abuse or child pornography, hence if the imagery shows such actions your posts and account will be deleted without any explanation at the discretion of the moderators and administrators.
Illustrative nudity, body/anatomy studies, and titillating imagery intended for mature audiences (eg. “pin-ups”) are allowed, but only if tagged appropriately with nsfw tag.
If you’re unsure whether to mark a work as sensitive or post it under a details tag, consider the following hypothetical questions: Is it something you’d be comfortable viewing in your work environment? Is it something you’d be comfortable being viewed by a minor? Would you happily show it to your parents? A no to any of these questions may require it being tagged as NSFW. If you’re still unsure, marking it as NSFW it is a good bet.
Another way to decide whether to mark a work as sensitive or post it under a nsfw tag is to remember the Three B’s: If your work features any Boobs, Butts, or Bits (genitals), hide the artwork.
Currently the NSFW tag marks the entire thread and blurs all images in it, If you have a sketchbook thread and want to mark only one artwork as NSFW consider using the details tag.
Nude sketches / paintings are only allowed if done in an artistic spirit — however, it still needs to be tagged under nsfw tag. Erotic drawings, paintings, photography, pornography, or photography or painting that puts too much emphasis on the genitals or has sexually explicit poses or hints a sexual act is not allowed, even if marked with NSFW tag.
We understand that these things are subjective, but final interpretation of these rules are up to our moderation team. If in doubt, consider whether Krita-artists.org is the right place for this kind of sexual/explicit work.
Gore, vore, and blood violence must also be placed under NSFW tag or marked sensitive.
Works depicting suicide or selfharm should also be marked as NSFW.
At least you agreed to follow these rules ~1½ years ago in order to be able to register here at all. And, 1½ years should have been enough for even the laziest of us to read through these rules.
But anyway, now you know, and all is well for the future.
Have fun and continue to enjoy the forum!
