Does anyone know how to solve this problem if I want to save my file as PSD, what can I do with my Layers so that it can work?
And if the export to PSD succeeds, what will open and what won’t in Photoshop? In another topic of mine someone told me that texts and some formatting in Photoshop /PSD file are not editable in Krita. Because some markup is not fully read or editable by Krita.
(to be clear)
I have a duplicated main raster, with a transform layer. Another grid in a Clipping Mask, and one of the duplicated grid main has a Transparency Mask.
How can I align a Vector or Raster? (what you see with most software are those purple and or blue lines that indicate that something is aligned correctly) I have Snap Grid and Rulers turned on but I don’t get those lines. (if a cross or lines only horizontally or only vertically)
The error message says that your file has one or more layers in different colour profile than the document itself. In Krita you can have layer in different colour profile than the document itself. Example the layer can be in rgb and document in CMYK. Photosshop doesn’t support this so psd export gives error. To solve this you can convert the entire document in one colour profile. Got to Image menu > Convert Image Color space. Choose a colour profile that your document has. This will convert all the layers in the colour space of the image. Then you can save it as psd.
Smart guides are not available in krita and align and distribute is only supported for vector objects. If you have multiple objects in the vector layer (Shift + Insert shortcut to insert vector layer) then you can select multiple vector elements and can align and distribute them using the “Arrange Docker”. This docker is not shown by default you have to enable it from Settings > Dockers > Arrange. This only works on vector shapes. We do have a feature request bug report for making it possible to arrange raster layers you might want to subscribe to it here .
