Wich parameters did you use for drawing in general in particular from the video did you uploaded, with this brushes Mr. Ramon?

I used the default parameters. And when i am sketching with SK1 it depends if i want to use the trick value or not.

Wherever you are, your browser tried to use Centro de Computação Científica e Software Livre at a university hosted .br domain.
I’ve just tried using a commercial VPN to make it appear that I’m in Sao Paulo and I had no problem downloading the brushes from: https://files.kde.org/krita/extras/Sketch%20V2%20for%20KRITA5.zip
I don’t know why you’re being redirected to/through the .br server.
Can you try using a VPN so as to appear to be in the USA or Europe?
The Opera browser has a free VPN service built it to it. It’s not a very good VPN service but it may be enough to get you past this problem.

I absolutely love this bundle! I was dieing to use these pencils, especially the c) SK2-16 AutoBlend ColPen, so I drew my entire website banner with this bundle. I love the feel of these pencils, and I felt like I was back to when I first started creating art.
