Hi @Red_draw - Welcome.
Open your brush presets docker and put the word ‘smudge’ in the search box at the bottom (first make sure the dropdown menu at the top is set to display all brushes). Also try the word ‘blur.’ I don’t know how smudge works in either of those tools but I’m sure there’s a brush preset in Krita that can do what you want.
For the moment, I’m taking your post out of the develop category.

Krita has a whole smudge brush engine, and also comes with a few good smudge brushes already. They normally have the purple preset icons.
