(Solved) Krita clones my pen output as my main screen mouse output when I try to draw on my tablet!

Type of device* : Artisul D16
Brand and version of the device:
System** : windows 10

* graphics tablet/display tablet/2-in-1 laptop/Android tablet
** Windows/Linux/Mac/Android, + version (you’ll find it in Help -> Show system information for bug reports)

Description of the issue (you can include screenshots):
OK so

seems to be having a similar problem to me (skip to about 4:00). Basically what is going on is that ONLY when I open Krita on my drawing tablet screen (the one I draw on with my pen), it was for some reason infinitely flickering the mouse back and forth between my main monitor and my drawing tablet. It was as if the pen was literally in two places at once, both controlling my monitor and tablet.

When I changed my main display in windows settings to my tablet it fixed the problem but I don’t want my tablet to be my main display :*( So I changed it back

So eventually I found the analogous setting from CSP to Krita which is in settings → Tablet settings → Tablet Input API; and changing from WinTab (which seems to be the default) to Windows 8+ Pointer Input (Windows Ink). After restart the pen now stays on the monitor.

Yall wouldn’t believe how much time I spent messing with drivers and surfing the web. I hope this post helps someone out.
