Beautifull video !!
thanks
It is soooo coool ! ![]()
Thanks so much! I am glad you enjoyed it.
Great animation! Did you just use Krita or another program, too?
Thanks.
I used a few different software,
What Krita was used for was character drawing (so the girl and her bag) and cloud painting.
I used Blender for the rest of the environment. As well as Embergen for the smoke simulation.
I then composited, coloured and did other VFX in Davinci Resolve
This is so beautiful it almost made me wanna cry! In a good way, of course! ![]()
this is AWESOME !!!
so beautiful…
Thanks so much that means a lot.
I understand the emotion, I hope to make more things like this.
Thanks ![]()

Thank you!
TEACH ME or where to start from lol
Get inspiration/think of an idea. draw some rough sketches to see if it works. Better to do a rough sketch in the beginning so you can improve your idea early imo.
For this scene, I thought of an idea looked at references, and drew multiple sketches (iterations) trying to get my idea down.
Here are some screenshots if you are interested.
Worked on 3d next while importing krita clouds as planes into blender for the sky. Used procedural textures for all the 3D parts on this one.
And finally the final render
Also used references, view some of them here:
I recommend Pureref or something similar to quickly organize references.
References are important and prevent you from second-guessing what you thought you new ![]()
This is now in the featured gallery. Congratulations, @Komorebi.
Thanks
Omg beautiful!
