Another Gorgeous piece that forces one to squint in disbelief that it is actually not a photo!
More avian perfection
The sparrow seems to be wondering if those fluffy seeds are worth eating.
Thank you @KRITAKOUGAR and @AhabGreybeard !!
Much appreciated…
Gorgeous work!
Thank you! Thank you! @CrazyCatBird !
Here’s the animated gif / stop step by step
You’ve created another stunner.
Thank you @sooz !
Would you like me to try to replace it with a cropped version to remove the white bars?
That would be great! Thanks!
What tool/software do you use to do that?
Done
I used GIMP to open the original animated .gif file, then did a simple manual rectangular selection to exclude the white bars then did Crop Image to Selection, then Exported it as an animated gif.
I still mostly remember how to use GIMP.
Nice! Thank You. I didn’t know you could do that with Gimp. Much appreciated!
P.S. I was able to do this using Gimp as well … but took some fiddling…I’m not nearly proficient on/in Gimp…
Thank you again!
Dang! Even an ornithologist would be impressed by how much this picture looks like a real bird.
Thank you @Hephaestus !
I am an avid bird keeper for many years. Haven’t drawn a single bird…
Seeing this awesome work you done makes me not even want to try…

Try! Try!!!
Extraordinary details! Even on fullscreen it had me look twice that it’s actually painted
Thank You!!
At first I was confused I was like “This is a picture” but after further inspections it’s a drawing. The realism of it and the final result is amazing
