Made these in free time (two of them are not mine though - chisel ones) . Nde using gimc and some manual work.

chisel_eroded and chisel_streaks are from the Krita_4_Default_Resources bundle and are CC-0 so that’s ok 
The link you gave is malformed and points to a place called ‘download’.
I think you got confused between the displayed link name and its location value.

Always put dl=1 on the end of a Dropbox file share location to give a direct download.
