Tablet workspace bundle

Hopefully this works for someone, and is helpful:
My own experience with tablet drawing has been less than enjoyable. The heel of my hand interacts too much with the tablet even when I have adjusted settings.
TO that point, I created 2 workspaces ( right and left hand ) however, they still occasionally resize, as I cannot seem to move some elements of workspaces around.

Needs to be a way to create a ‘dead zone’ by moving those resize and rotators, I have not found this yet.

I have solved my problem with an artists glove… Would that work for you?

unfortunately, the gloves dont help for me. I havent tried another type of glove material, but the glove that came with the tablet did not work.

That’s sad. I wonder what type of material it was made of? I ended up making my own because of an allergy to the materials used for those. I made mine out of baby yarn (rather thin acrylic yarn) and I also put an extra patch of fabric on the side where my hand meets the tablet surface. It ended up a little thick but does the job.

hehehe cool! Yeah I may have to do that.
I have an old pair of winter gloves that were too short but where it contacted the tablet all was fine.
Might have to do something with an old sock.

The picasso art tablet I got, I’d say its really not worth it, now that I’ve attempted to use it awhile, because of all the many obstacles I am running in to.

about half my brushes, get laggy on the device, because they are 512x512 or 256x265 pixel brushes. I may have to figure other brush use out when I need to use it ( which is only when I am not home )

Going off @CrazyCatBird point about making your own glove.
If you have access to a sewing machine. You could do with with an old t-shirt

If you only want 2 finger covered only. Draw only the hand shape and finger. I’m not an expert in sewing just know bit about sewing patterns.

the ones sent witht he tablet, was madelike this, but that material doesnt seem to block much.
I have some cotton gloves I might cut fingers out of but I have big hands, so my wrist might be whats triggering things, so a long sock might be a solution. Also that material the artist glove was made from… it is irritable

Is it polyester the fabric? Nylon? Spandex?
Your safe bet for using a fabric that safe/doesn’t irritate your skin.
Cotton is a good choose but for sweat there’s also Cotton Spandex, but it might stretch over time. Plus cotton spandex might be pricey.
Use a old shirt or use a sponge for the wrist maybe as a cushion/prevent touching the screen?

P.S. this is the crocheted glove that I made…

(This was before I added the extra panel on the side)

@CrazyCatBird I think that should be in a Traditional Artwork category

Hey. Sorry if I’m transgressing by bumping an older topic

I applaud the creative individuals who sew their own gloves, but I’m not as dexterous nor patient. If you have big hands as well (or just want to save money), maybe try this.

I was browsing online the other day and found a dirt-cheap pair of ESD gloves without grip coating. It’s a domestic store, so I’m not sure if you can get a similar deal in your area, but this cost me about 60 cents a pair. So yes, 30 cents a single glove  I cut off three fingers and here’s how it looks:

One downside is that the cuts do look a bit messy and initially some thread debris may fall off, but then it works like a charm. It’s big, doesn’t constrain the wrist, glides just fine on the tablet surface. And man, I mean, it’s cheap! The original Huion glove is like $8 here and it’s so tight I can’t straight out my hand, lol!

Anyway, that’s all!
