Testing the new storyboarding option in KRITA 5 BETA

I am not sure if storyboard testing will fall in the category of artworks or animation.
But I guess,as I am exporting it as a video file,it should be posted here.

I was testing out a small storyboard practice in latest KRITA 5 beta and I must say,it’s a great new feature addition !! Specially I love the way the storyboard function is integrated with animation timeline.

Obviously there are small little bugs here and there, but for me it’s nothing serious.
Because we all know it will get improved in near future.
I am really enjoying it  !

Did you report the bugs so that they can be fixed for the final release?

No,right now I want keep playing with it for a week or so.
I need to be sure if those are really bugs or if I am doing something wrong  !
And I have seen somebody in the forum already reported about the the small " image update" bug in storyboard docker,so I skipped that.

Can you give a link to the post or topic where this “image update” bug was mentioned?
I’ve just done a search for “image update” and there are only three other posts that contain this but none of them are relevant to the Storyboard Docker.

Sorry,I should have been more specific, the “image update” bug was happening in my storyboard docker.
in certain cases, the thumbnail images in my storyboard was turning totally white.
I am not sure exactly which operation was causing this problem.
The reason can be editing frame/time duration from storyboard docker or maybe editing these frames directly from timeline !
I need to be sure and that needs more experimenting.
It is more like a “refresh error” kind of problem, because after a while the thumbnail images again start to display properly.
After that I read this feeback here…

Then I guessed probably there are some bugs in the storyboard and maybe my problem is a part of that.
So I have decided to wait, experiment more and report later once I am sure.

For reference, here is the post by @LaTor that mentions the problem:

and here is the formal bug report:
441150 – Storyboard Docker Bug - Frame number is not updated on moving to new frame- Krita 5.0 Beta

Detailed descriptions and further observations in an additional comment will be useful when you’ve made investigations

Yes,exactly.
I have attached screenshot of @LaTor 's feedback,as I was not sure how to share a certain post :stuck_out_tongue: !
Thanks for the guidance.
I will surely report it once I am sure it is a bug and not some fault of mine !
