He is from the story, “The Shadow over Innsmouth”:
Where the townspeople are turning into fish people:
“He finds that they have grey-green skin, fish-like heads with unblinking eyes, gills on their necks.”
I am new to Krita and getting used to the brushes and such, so it was a bit experimental. I am very much enjoying the software.
