It’s one of the things that I can’t get a good idea of in drawing.
I hope sooner or later to learn to give it some realism 
I used a square shaped solid color like blue and the added paint shaped and shades to blend wasn’t easy it took a few hours but it came out more and more choppy then I used the warp tool to expand and rotate to Make the illusion of water. Airbrush tool was also used.
Water is difficult as far as I’m concerned.
Or like elements rich in details, like a mountain can be.
Slowly I will try to understand how to make the idea better for these elements.
In the meantime, thank you for your reply and help. 
YES! The WATER! Love the pearlescent effect! On a physical canvas, I would probably experiment with laying plastic wrap over wet acrylic then pulling up. Really AMAZING!
