And yes, at the end AI is a tool and it can have some good uses when is used good and not just for a cheap replacement for artists. I think its work, despite sometimes I could even say that is good (I sometimes fall liking AI stuff in pinterest before knowing its AI xD), tends to be generic and boring.
It comes to my mind the NVIDIA’s DLSS5 shown recently, that turned lots of different games into the same one (from an aesthetic perspective). Kinda boring, to be honest. So I personally think artists at the end will prevail
