Here is a work in progress of The Toad Lord, a minor god in my upcoming D&D campaign. The Toad Lord demands a sacrifice! I am excited to get started painting this but I’m trying to let it sit for a day so I can review the sketch with a fresher set of eyes before I start the actual coloring.

I had hoped to be a little further along, but I’m still really happy with Toad Lord’s progress. I’ve been using this piece to experiment with different brushes.

I can’t decide if I’m done yet or not. It is definitely close. I’m going to let him sit for another day and decide tomorrow if he needs some additional work or not.
