The Audio is from Tunetank. I attribute them in the description of all the videos but they don’t require creators to. I keep forgetting to put the names of the songs on the video as they play tho 
The audio does not have visible attribution in the forum.
The Krita-Artists forum requires credit and a link.
From the Code of Conduct:
8 Post Only Your Own Stuff
You may not post anything that belongs to someone else without permission. The exception is reference images, in which case every attempt should be made to credit the artist or photographer by name. In all cases a link to the image owner’s website must be included.
This applies to audio as well since it plays in the forum.
If you gave a non-playing link then attribution would not be needed.
It should be easy enough for you to provide a link to the source/owners of the audio, immediately after the link to the video. Please do that as soon as possible.
