Old painting from two years ago, dark-fantasy oriented. I think this was my second painting on Krita.
This was an entry for a challenge hosted by the French website digitalpainting.school. It is a twist on fairy tales where humans are turned into objects. I won’t lie by saying that Forte’s design, from Beauty and the Beast 2, has always impressed me. What if demons got imprisoned into several objects, and the amalgamation that resulted allowed them to turn into real threats? I have always had a fascination for gigantic objects and structures looming over smaller ones.
Could be a neat boss fight in a Dark Souls-like game!
