I have encountered a critical failure in the Android version of Krita, which caused me to lose access to my saved artwork. The project is extremely important, but the application makes it impossible to recover.
1. Lost artwork and hidden files (Data Loss & Android 11+ Restrictions):
After accidentally tapping “Undo All” in a popup, I lost sight of my drawing. I definitely pressed “Save” beforehand. However, it is impossible to find the .kra file. Krita forcibly hides autosaves and main files in the system folder Android/data/org.krita/files/.
Due to Android 11+ security restrictions, access to this folder is blocked for all third-party file managers. There are no official ways to extract user files from this folder on a tablet (there is no wireless debugging to launch Shizuku, and the APK injection method via MT Manager does not work on Samsung).
2. Completely broken settings UI (Broken UI):
It is impossible to use the interface settings on the tablet. In the “Settings” → “Dockers” menu, the items simply do not respond to taps.
