I opened krita today and the UI text was super tiny. I’ve had this problem before, so I went into the window settings in configure krita. Hi-DPI support is enabled already, so I used custom interface font to enlarge the text. The problem is, that doesn’t work with the tool options bar (image below), no matter how many times I try. Also, the text for the file name is small as well. Not that it matters much as the tool options bar, but I’d prefer that to be bigger as well.
