I having problem with Tool Options, isn t showing anything, i ve tried go into Tools Configuration, switching from Docker to Toolbar, and restarting, but nothing happens, what could be ?
Im using Direct3D 11 via ANGLE as renderer (i ve tried to switch to openGL too, and still not working)
By any chance, are you using “UI modifiers”? like, Krita redesign plugin or touchfy?
In principle, you think in the right direction, but the plugins you named are perhaps the wrong ones. From my experience the plugin from vurentjie, so Krita UI Tweaks, and Toma_Omito, so Quick Access Manager, can be, but must not be, the cause of the described problem.

Yes, i have installed Quick Acces Manager, i have the Toggle Tool Options active, but still not showing nothing, i can t even change liquify size
Try if the issue persists after you disabled the Quick Access Manager in Krita under Settings > Configure Krita > Python Plugin Manager then confirm that setting with the OK-Button in the lower right corner of that dialog and restart Krita twice.
But in principle you should disable all plugins first and then enable them one-by-one and check them for some time before you enable the next one.

I disabled the Quick Acces Manager, and restarted Krita, and Tool Options Return.
For some reason i think this plugin is modifiying an parameter view of Tool Options on this Krita Version.
I didn’t tried on older versions, but i see an guy using this plugin normally in a video from few weeks, maybe he s using an older version
