Transform(Mesh) Tool randomly produces white holes and a shortcut related problem

  1. This remind me this post, should be the same problem.
    HELP ME PLEASE..! I Lost some pixels with Transform Mesh

  2. Alt and some click on layer docker will more easily trigger the problem, which looks like linux specific.
    My current workaround is click on the linux toolbar to minimize and maximize krita.
    Pressing "alt" causes unresponsiveness
