Before the HUE circle in color selector was updating (saturation and value) while draging on the middle triangle, and then it does not update any more.
Ive tried all options I could find

I don’t know of any way to make the Advanced Colour Selector show S,V changes in the Hue circle.
There might be an option somewhere that somebody knows about.
You may be remembering the ‘Select a Colour’ control that is called up from the FG/BG icon on the Toolbar. That has the Hue circle S,V changes shown on it.
