Hi, this is a picture I did searching to mimic even more traditional art, Canson Mi teintes, pattern side. Is based in a really old pastel painting i did in 1992. I love pastels, so i am investigating how to create more things like this. By the way he is Lolo, the collar dove that visit me everyday looking for food. I hope you like it

Excellent work. Pastels are such a great medium to work with so are oil pastels. You’ve inspired me to experiment with them! in Krita. 
Thanks for the kind comments, I am also interested in oil pastel but never tried seriously. Is to sticky for my taste. Maybe i need to give them another serious try
